Hi, I’m Laura Harrison and I’m a retail industry specialist focusing on bringing corporate practice to small and independent businesses. Using my 25 years of experience across all areas of the industry I can support you to grow your brand by understanding the wealth of insight in your data. My passion is to ensure retail and the high street continues evolving so they can keep selling their amazing products and bring joy to their customers.

I love helping entrepreneurs scale up who have a passion for their products and customers. Retail can be tough and helping those who want to take their place in the market is very important to keep bringing great new products and brands to consumers.

With my love for retail starting early, I built successful careers in Store Management, Financial Merchandising and Supply Chain across fashion, stationery, technology and general merchandise retail product offers. I’ve worked for some fantastic brands who are a key part of our luxury and high street heritage such as Burberry, Paperchase and Argos.

I love to shop and be out in stores or online keeping track of what’s going, it’s an obsession as well as a key part of what I do. Along with my passion for shoes, accessories and fashion trends, which makes my work easy to do. I also find joy in numbers and systems which are the cornerstone of great business.

My background and experience in overcoming obstacles has helped shape me into a confident, straight talking mentor, who is never afraid to be an authentic and honest. I have run large budgets with big sales and profit impact achieving senior leadership status in one of the biggest general merchandise retailers in the UK driving great cash flow and driving strategy and change.

I have supported many individuals over their careers, enabling them to realise their potential, grow their skills and their businesses - I would love to do the same for you. Helping small businesses scale up fulfils my purpose of giving positive impact for those who want to do more.
